At the Root of Being Wrong

Season 1: Episode 8
At the Root of Being Wrong

Sometimes it’s you. Sometimes that toxic trait is yours. Sometimes you’re wrong & sometimes that wrong has uncomfortable consequences. But taking accountability for that wrong & healing from the impacts of those consequences are your responsibility (& a pathway to inner freedom).

I said at the beginning of this podcast that you might not like me too much after this one. If it turns out to be true, I hope that at least it pushes you to expand your relationship with ownership over your actions so that you can build better relationships with people. And if that happens, I’ll take it as a win.

The questions we explore in this podcast are:
1) How do our emotions & actions manifest when we've caused harm to someone & must navigate their journey of healing afterward?
2) What can we do, what are some corrective action steps we can take when we’ve wronged someone?
3) How do we come to terms with having made the wrong decisions for ourselves & how can this help us from staying stuck in the past?
