I use exploratory questioning to help you uncover the root of your challenges. In addition to creating sacred spaces for open discussion, I provide customized worksheets, materials, & resources to support your journey in recognizing your strengths, goals, & areas for improvement.

Once you gain clarity on your goals, I help you design tangible & feasible strategies to stay on track. Recognizing that life isn’t always linear, I’m here to support you in adjusting your approach as needed.

I’m not here to make decisions for you but to partner with you in achieving your growth & goals. Radical honesty is at the core of our work—it can be tough, but it’s the surest path to lasting change. This is a value I encourage in our sessions & in your personal work.

How to Get Started

Step 1: Intro Session
Book a free 45-minute introductory session. This session will help us decide if we’re the right coaching fit. Fill out the coaching form & schedule your session—it’s simple & no cost to you!

Step 2: Paperwork
If you decide to move forward, you’ll complete the necessary paperwork, agree to a payment plan, & schedule your coaching sessions.

Step 3: Coaching
Once everything is set, we’ll begin 1:1 coaching at the pace & frequency that works best for you. We’ll focus on your chosen areas for personal or professional growth.
