How does this person make me feel?
Have I clearly communicated how I need to be treated & respected; was it honored or disregarded?
Am I setting boundaries to preserve my well-being or to make a point & hurt the other person?
Do I need to end all contact with this person, or, do I need to limit the frequency of interactions and/or the type of access this person has to me?
What am I afraid of losing by setting boundaries & is what I’m afraid of losing currently adding joy or chaos to my life?
