cultivating, repairing, & releasing friendships in adulthood | July 21st, 2024

from $0.00

It isn’t the same anymore. Making friends & maintaining friendships in adulthood is vastly different from our experiences in grade school. While nurturing social connections remains crucial for our well-being as we age—both emotionally & physically—adulthood presents unique challenges. With so many competing priorities, what does the process of forming & sustaining adult friendships truly entail? Are our expectations reasonable? How do we overcome the hesitations associated with forging new connections? How can we invest the necessary effort & energy to foster or mend relationships? And how do we navigate the complexities of growing apart from childhood friends or distancing ourselves from those we've grown close to in adulthood?

This workshop explores realistic strategies for establishing & nurturing friendships amidst the demands of adulthood & helps us kindly navigate the difficulties associated with the inevitable changes we will have to make & accept.
