To grow in adulthood is a choice. It can be excruciating, yet it’s often what tethers us to a life of the most beautiful consequences.

This workshop is part of the "Growth" series, which ties into more workshops dedicated to connecting themes. This particular workshop is the prerequisite & foundation for the rewarding & challenging process of choosing to grow in adulthood. In this workshop, we’ll explore the emotional complexities of starting over—the desire, the loss, & the gains that come with it. We'll discuss the often-overlooked experience of feeling lost or uncertain during this process, & how auditing & shifting our identities play a critical role in moving forward.

This workshop is divided into three parts:

Part I: Investigating Our Identities & Attachments
We’ll start by examining the identities we’ve formed & the attachments we hold to them. This part of the workshop explores how deeply connected we are to who we’ve been, & why potentially releasing some versions of ourselves is necessary in preparation for our growth.

Part II: Exploring Who We're Growing to Be
Next, we’ll explore the intricacies of moving from who we were, who we are now, & who we want to be while navigating the difficulties that come with this shift. We’ll work through identifying what will hinder this evolution & focus on actions that will help us make space for our new self to thrive. This is the groundwork for embracing the art of starting over.

Part III (Optional): Open Discussion & Q&A
In this signature part of my workshops, we’ll engage in an open discussion for an additional 30 minutes to an hour. This is a space where we can share our experiences, voice our challenges, & learn collectively. You’re welcome to stay, but there’s no obligation!
